- AI Generation: We use the Google Gemini API to generate metadata. Video frames and prompts sent to this API via your personal key are governed by Google’s Privacy Policy.
- Payments and Order Processing: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller FastSpring.com. FastSpring.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. License Grant: Automato Studio grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Smart Stocker software on your personal devices (Windows and macOS) in accordance with this agreement.2. Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) Model: The automated metadata generation feature requires an active Google Gemini API key. You are solely responsible for creating your Google Cloud account, securing your API key, and covering any financial costs associated with your API usage directly with Google.3. Merchant of Record: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller FastSpring.com. FastSpring.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. FastSpring handles all payment-related customer service inquiries and secure transaction processing.4. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability: The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. However, because our product is a downloadable digital software, we have a specific refund policy in place aligned with international digital commerce regulations.1. Consent to Instant Fulfillment: By purchasing Smart Stocker and obtaining your digital download link or license key, you expressly agree that you waive your right of withdrawal under consumer protection laws (including the EU Consumer Rights Directive) once the digital delivery has started.2. 14-Day Technical Guarantee: We offer a full refund within 14 days of your purchase ONLY if the software has critical technical bugs on a supported system (Windows 10/11 or macOS 12+) that prevent it from functioning as advertised, and our technical support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.3.
